About BootCamp

BootCamp Ascot started in November 2007 to bring gym into the Ascot and Bracknell community, in a relaxed environment. Its aim was to provide the opportunity to get fit, without having to commit to club contracts.

At BootCamp Ascot, team spirit and camaraderie is as important as the progressive workouts, which aim to deliver ‘all over’ fitness – functionally useful to everyday life.

BootCamp Ascot encourages men, women and teenagers of all fitness levels to work-out at their own pace. Whether it's general fitness, muscle-toning, weight-loss, or increased strength and endurance you are looking for; or just an opportunity to meet and train with like-minded individuals, these classes cater for all these goals…it's your workout.

The sessions held by BootCamp Ascot are regularly reviewed and updated, so they remain fresh and exciting. Sessions often include TRX® suspension training, functional training, gliding discs, boxing and Metafit™ High Intensity Interval Training (HITT), to provide a balanced and challenging programme. It’s as tough as you make it.

Any health issues relating to exercise will be catered for, and sessions will be tailored to meet individual requirements.  BootCamp Ascot requests that participants complete a PAR-Q form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and bring it to your first session.
