Classes

BootCamp Ascot offers six classes every week. The classes run all year round whatever the weather – rain, mud or snow will not stop play!

When training outdoors, wear trainers with a good tread and a lightweight jacket. In colder weather, gloves, hat and under-armour (such as Skins™) are advisable. A bottle of water is a must for all sessions.

All venues have free car parking facilities.

Do I have to be really fit to attend a BootCamp class?

Absolutely not. We have a wide range of ages and abilities that attend our classes. If you want to be pushed harder you can be, but we recommend you go at a pace you are comfortable with.

The first time you attend a BootCamp Ascot class please download and complete a PAR-Q form (pre-exercise readiness) and bring this along.

Do I need to book or pay in advance to come to a class?

No need to book! We know that people lead busy lives, so just come along to a class when you are available. We run six sessions a week so there will be a class that fits into your timetable. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes and trainers, a drink and £5!

‘BootCamp’ sounds very military, will I be shouted at?

Not at all – unless you find being shouted at motivational! BootCamp is a great term to summarise high energy workouts.All classes are run by Charles Walker (GP and Personal Trainer) who provides a fun and engaging approach to getting fit.
